When I accept commission applications, I will keep them open until I find some projects I'm interested in working on. Commissions will NOT be first come first served. I'm very sorry about that!
It will take a few days for me to look through all applications and message the clients I decided to work with. Applications I decided to not work on won't be contacted. I will announce on Twitter when I contacted everyone I accepted, so please keep an eye out for that.What applications do you favor?
For art commissions, I prefer darker, edgy, goth designs. I do like cute designs as well though. At the moment I am not going to accept white haired designs, because I have drawn my fair share of white haired models in the past and would like a bit of diversity. For rigging commissions I prefer female/femboy designs. Also having not too many animations and different arm variations is preferred.
Art+Rig Combo is also strongly preferred.Do you do payment plans?

You will pay a minimum of 50% before I start working on your commission. The rest can be paid at a later date. I will stop working on the commission until the rest of the payment is made.Can I pay a rushfee to get my commission faster?
Yes, the rushfee can be +50-100% of the total price. However, rushfees may not always be available and depends on scheduling and other circumstances.About nda, can I ask you to not show certain things, but the rest of the model is okay to show?
Yes, absolutely! If you're okay with me showing the model rig, but for example, a specific animation/expression is not okay, no nda fee is needed. If you want the entire process to be hidden until debut, a nda fee of 5% is required.
USER AGREEMENT
By commissioning me, you agree to have read and accepted my TOS.
All commissions are digital goods, meaning I will never ship out anything physical to you. The digital goods will be sent to you via a download link.PAYMENT
All payments are made via paypal invoices. Do not send money without getting an invoice from me first.
All payments must be made prior to me starting work. Either 50% or 100% upfront.PAYMENT PLANS
Payment plans are available for commissions higher than 1000 USD. 50% of the total price must be paid before work start. The other 50% can be paid at a later date, but must be paid before I send out any files.CHARGRBACKS & REFUNDS
I do not allow any chargebacks under any circumstances. I will refund the money to the client if I have not started working on the commission yet, or if I can not deliver the finished product for whatever reason. However the refund might not be the full amount because of paypal fees.COPYRIGHT AND CREDITING
The client is responsible of making sure they hold the rights of ownership of their characters. Meaning the client will not use stolen characters or designs to commission me.
I reserve the right to post my work on social media with credits to the client.
The client has to credit me and link back to my twitter as the artist in case the client posts my work publicly.

All Live2D commissions come with commercial licenses. Any commissions that do not come with a commercial license are forbidden to be used commercially, meaning the client is not allowed to reproduce and sell my artwork, or use it on websites to advertise yourself for profit (eg. YouTube, Twitch, Patreon etc.)
A commercial license can be purchased and is usually x2 the original price, but may change depending on the circumstances.
Even after receiving a commercial license to my artwork, I still retain all rights to my work and am allowed to post it on my social media to advertise mysel and the client still has to credit me for it.NON DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (NDA)
I retain the right to post any commission I work on on social media, unless the client wishes to pay an NDA fee. Meaning I will refrain from posting anything about the client's commission until after their debut or until the client gives me their ok. The client still needs to credit me for my work even with a NDA license purchased.REVISIONS
I will fix and revise for free as long as the client's requests are feasable and were made in a timely manner. The usual revision/fixing period occurs after I sent out the model to the client for testing. If the client finds anything to be revised months after completing the project, I may charge a revision fee.
